Floors were filthy - haven’t been swept or mopped. Trash can full in bathroom, trash on floor under desk/table. Beer fridge in bathroom broke. Door broke, had to use key to shut the door when leaving. Only checked once to see if any cleaning services were needed. Would not provide extra toilet paper. First morning no to go coffee cups, coffee barely warm. Outside trash cans were full and never emptied during our stay.

There was an additional $50.00 charge on my card several days after my stay. I have sent multiple private messages to host to find out why I was charged with no response. The parking exits onto a busy street and can be difficult. You can walk to what you need fairly easily; however map out your route, because a wrong turn can put you on a road you probably do not want to travel at night. For the price was a nice enough spot; wouldnt recommend for a child friendly spot, and would like to know why i was charged the $50.

Love going to the Junto, every time. The atmosphere is always so cozy and I like the vibe of the coffee shop and lobby. Appreciate having the ability to order things for in room dining.

this was a very disappointing experience. first of all I rented this space because they advertised Egyptian cotton sheets and as soon as I touched it, I could tell it was polyester. I checked the label and it was 100% polyester. I have sensitive skin so the cotton sheets was a big reason why I booked it. But the most important part where I booked this listing was because they had an in unit washer and dryer. The washer and dryer were taking hours to finish a load of laundry. i called to explain and they extended my check out to 11. Because my clothes were still wet when I was checking out I had to delay my check out and I still wasn’t finished by the extended checkout time so I had to leave after 1 PM with wet clothes. they charged me $100.The photos of this unit are vastly misrepresented. It looks a lot cleaner in the photos than it is. When I went in the room with the black wall, there was some sticky substance covering the entire wall with handprints dragged down the entire wall. there was a lot of dust especially in the bathroom. there is smeared material on a lot of the doorways. They also advertise eco-friendly cleaners, but they were two Costco size bottles of Pine-Sol under the kitchen sink as well as very many other non-eco-friendly cleaners throughout the unit. Upon arrival there were these awful bird sounds being played from a speaker in the bedroom that I promptly turned off. most of plants were dead or in rough shape. I could go on, but I’m at my character limit.
